Techinline Remote Desktop Intructions
Techinline Remote Desktop requires the download of a browser add-on to run a remote session. The download file is approximately 500KB and will take 10 to 15 seconds to download with an ADSL connection.
To allow Internet Explorer to install the required browser add-on, please complete the following steps:
Step 1. Click the Internet Explorer information bar and select 'Install ActiveX Control...' option.

Step 2. When a Security Warning dialog appears, click on the 'Install' button.

The Remote Desktop software will appear upon the completion of the browser add-on download and automatic installation.
